Class is on Tuesday’s 7pm, price is £8.

Family discounts are available.

This is an open class, we welcome beginners of all ages, 

abilities and fitness levels, everyone is welcome to watch.

 Kyu ranks prices (grading exams up to black belt)

include the exam, plus diploma, belt, and gi patch.

The Aikido Tōkon Dojo is fully compliant

with all national legal requirements:

Internationally ranked and certified instructor,

DBS certificate,

Safeguarding certificate,

First Aid certificate.

All students will be required to sign up for annual insurance cover.

Based on demand, we also offer: 

Bespoke Aikido classes, 

for children, for women, 

private 1 to 1 and groups. 

(For those with specific needs or who wish 

to observe cultural and religious traditions).

Bespoke self defence classes, 

mixed open classes or women’s only sessions. 

(For those who want to learn effective self defence 

techniques without fully committing to a martial art). 

From 2025, to the benefit of the local Aikido community 

and the expansion of Aikido teachings, 

the Aikido Tōkon Dojo has actively 

supported and participated in local 

Aikido classes and seminars 

from all Aikido styles 

(Aikikai, Tenshin, Yoshinkan, Iwama etc.),
